You could always ask Paul at Ferry Marine www.ferrymarine.co.uk not too far from you, how much he would do the job for?

As it is only going to get colder now and as you said you are in a hurry to stick the motor on the back ?

After gluing, how long does it need to stay in the warm environment (realistically)?

not long it will be Ok to move arouns after an hour or so, but I'd leave it ynder wraps for a day Then she's ready to rock (and roll I suspect)

I know how you feel, I'm sitting with a boat with 1.5 tubes on it at the moment, dreading tomorrow morning (when the gluing starts) and really wondering if I'll ever see it in the water again
