I think 0813 is part of the boats and outboards so called 'privacy numbers'...... the 0813 means it's from abroad.

Perhaps it's about time the B&Os started tightening up on scammed gear. Similar adverts appear to crop up quite regularly. I only tend to look at the outboard section, goodness knows what else is on there. There have been two obvious scam outboard ads in the last week.

Not that I use the site at all, but that linked advert... what was it that made it an "obvious" scam? What sort of things give it away?
