I'm on a drying mud mooring and have taken advice from other club members where i am,i'm basically doing nothing,i intend scrubbing off once a month and at the end of the season will clean the mud staining in the gel coat off with some proprietary waterline cleaner.I'm lucky though at rest my toobs are clear of the water otherwise i'd probably coat the undersides in grease or something to stop growth or other crustacea getting a hold.
Hope that helps.

Had a rib on a mud mooring at Topsham in the Exe a couple of years ago. You really must make sure the hull is well antifouled, and that the outdrive/outboard/prop is well protected where it might dip into the mud. I learned the hard way and spent days removing barnacles. Never found a way of keeping tubes clean, but they certainly were a popular spot for marine growth!
