Mobile Tube repairs ?

There are a couple of areas on my tubes that I think could do with a ' touch up'. Basically bits where it looks like ropes have been run over the transom edges & rubbed the back of the tubes & also where the bow lines run up & out over the bow.

So being a big girl about these things I think I'd rather pay someone to fix them for me.

Anyone know of any one that can do these bits on the boat while Its floating? (I dont have a trailer and its a heavy old thing to tow around the place) Infact can they be done at all while its floating ? I dont see them as in any way ' structural' - more cosmetic .........

Any recommendations / offers etc .
