Maxxon logo removal

Hi I have Maxxon rib and on the tubes there is a rubber logo glued to the tubes and I would like to remove it any idea on what I can use to remove it and the glue tubes are of pvc

I would not advise it.

Those "rubber" logos are bonded to the PVC VERY well. The last time I had to remove one to make way for a davit pad, I tore the top layer off the PVC, exposing the cords underneath. There is a very slim margin of heat between melting the PVC, and deactivating the adhesive on the logo.

Plus, if you ever sell it, how do you identify it to a future customer. Leave well alone, it looks fine.

The problem of if I will sell it is not a problem because it will be more worth it if I trow it away it is a nearly 3 year old with 50hrs on it in imaculate condition and it has lost half the cost price so imagine in another 2 years and on the other side I want to remove the logo so that it will not be easy to recognise the mark

Huh?

OK so this is a car depreciation chart and evry car is different and so are boats but...



The concept is simillar even if the curve shape is at a different gradient...

So at 5 years old it wont be worthless it will be worth less.

Maybe the OP is less concerned about depreciation, than plod being able to identify the boat's overpowered

Hi all I have removed the logos from the tubes now I would like if you can help me find a rib parts shop as I want to buy somthing like handel or pvc material to glue it on the place where ther was the logo. Thanks
