Yes, but only two issues per year. Always good and sobering reading, though I thought it was better when they didn't hide the place and ship names - made it more real somehow. Embarrassing for the people concerned though.

If the incident warranted a full report, all the information should be there. The recent 2/2010 Safety Digest seems to have taken a while to compile as the full report, for the included RIB incident, was available in October 2009.

Yes, I did read the full report about the rib at Tob. My comment was really about the Safety Digest, which was late because, as I understand it, some press got hold of the previous one and tried to apportion blame or something. Anyway, MAIB stopped publication until the legal situation was sorted.
