Madina Estuary - Folly Inn
Poped over the the Folly Inn today and got chatting with the harbour master. Apparently the river police are getting hot on speeding on the river (6kts max) and any boat causing a wash. They claim the fine has been set to £2500 minimum and there are a number of cases in court currently.
Note the bit about the wash. You could be doing less than 6kts and still get done if the RIB is creating a wash.
