Lunasea- First 12 months

Just totalled up the stats for Lunasea in her first year:

Days on the water/ trips 22
NM covered 609
Engine hours 50:32
Fuel used 482l
Max speed 40.0kt
Average consumption 0.79l/NM, 9.5l/hr
Hats lost 0
Fish caught 0 - then haven't taken the rod out!

Pretty much twice the time on the water than with Aquahound in a year

Intend to keep her runnnig over the winter, here's for some good clear days.

Hi LakeLand would love to join you for a cruise in the spring - my boat now winterised so not going to budge for a few months.

Great Boats RC585

Lakeland pleased to see you are enjoying you RC585

I too have had a great summer season and manged 720nm with trips to Scotland, Salcombe and the Solent as well as 2 circumnavigations of Anglesey. Moving on now and have purchased a little bit larger rib so Just Looking is now for sale if anybody is interested!

Hope to meet up one day perhaps when we are next in Salcombe and can get round Start Point on a calm day.

Hi pow2gran,
Thanks, you've certainly ventured further than my Devonian and Solent areas this year. Have had no problems at all rounding Start this year. If anything seas have been worse round Prawle Point.

Would be great to meet up next season.
