When I had an Avon inflatable S400, a friend of ours had the 10'6" model with the red fitted bow dodger and screen. That was rated for 25hp providing it was fitted with cross tube steering - it was more than capable and performed like the proverbial!
In the 70s/80s we had inflatable seat/backrest so you were sat in it like a sports car.
Either use cross tube steering or fit a console and put the 25 on it and enjoy!
Very capable boat.

We have a 3.40 with 25hp mariner 2 stroke centre console rigged. Later model and even with weight more central eight distribution has a tendency to tail stand with tiller it would be awful without ballast up front (sometimes hard to find volunteers) will make a nice little rig and $800 CAD is cheap
