Anyone notice that despite the date of january 2005 that we have been told in the past was the date after which HMCG would revert to an speaker watch instead of a dedicated headset watch there is now an instruction out that watch officers may use the speaker instead of the headset watch if they think it appropriate. Seems to have caused some discussion elsewhere on the net.
