Launching on the Humber Estuary

Do any forum members launch from the Humber estuary? am planning some navigation training etc there have used Humber recue up stream under the bridge but wondered if there was some good slips near the mouth on the south side?

I've used Humber Rescues slip before as well.

I understand there are some slips in Cleethorpes but have never tried them.

I presume you have checked www.boatlaunch.co.uk ?

I've used the Cleethorpes slip before.

contact the Humber Cruising Association a hull fishing club who will tell you more thay launch most sat/sundays from Cleethorps.

Rother Valley is a test day for ribs. The event is run by the Derbyshire Ass of sub aqua clubs. Contact Stephen Eyre 0114 2203577 /07812200307

Might try to get on Rother valley on Sunday ......... but failing that its Oban the following weekend.
