I Have lauched at Knott End (opposite Fleetwood) , a couple of times.
A very long slipway seems to be useable most of the day except very low tides , be aware it is used and presumably owned by the ferry company who currently charge £8.50 to launch fee payable to the ferry boat conductor.

MAKE SURE YOU TIME YOUR LAUNCH/RECOVERY FOR WHEN HE HAS JUST LEFT. !!
Otherwise you have to move. !! - We found out the hard way !!. TWICE
We May be there again this weekend - dependant on tides etc..

Watch this Its not me , but it will give you an Idea.

I launch at Knott End most of the time, I buy an anual pass for £60. Spring tides expose a vertical drop off the end so you need about 2.4m above chart datum and there is a bend and breakwater partway up which makes things interesting when they are covered at 7.4m above chart datum. It is not very friendly when the banks are covered and a stiff NW is blowing which is why we launch over the side as in the video that Alzi has posted (which is mine by the way).
