launch site with tractor

does anyone know of a site in South Devon that has its own tractor for launching? I have had an enquiry to our dive club about it but can't think of anywhere.

Are they looking for dry storage or just someone to launch the boat rather than taking the family saloon down a slipway?

dry storage and someone to launch for them. The club is based up North and they don't want to have to bring a suitable launch vehicle when they come down
