Ladder of rib

Hi
I have been doing some research on the installation of a ladder on my narrow hull rib, and have found the Armstrong Rib Ladder (http://www.armstrongnautical.com/rib_ladder.htm) which is installed on the side of the rib with brackets that are fixed to the tubes.
Does anyone have any experience with these Armstrong Ladders? Are they recommendable?

Cant see what stops it pushing in under the boat, unless there`s some sort of pin on the hingey thing?
I`ve watched the nice young lady demonstrate it several times now too.........!

I think its a strap on

Piranha Ribs had a natty looking ladder on their stand at the boat show. I was shaped to fit the section of the tube, with a fold down extension. Not sure what price it was but might be worth giving them a call.

"Diver" on here has a nice ladder which fastens to his A-Frame. He was kind enough to send me some pictures years ago as I intended to get one fabricated.... Until I got the price.

We had a similar experience when we enquired about Ribcrafts ladder. Excellent fabrication and attention to detail but very expensive. Now looking at the stowable Typhoon product mentioned in other threads.

Hi, I have been diving for 30 years and have seen many people struggle to get into Ribs as well as SIBS. So I decided to design my own ladder. Its called the RIBBOARDER. If you check out my website you will see something new and very different. This is a ladder sytem to fit most Ribs and SIBS. Its not made out of a peg bag, and doesn't fix next to the meat mincer (UK divers dont like to switch the engine off when picking up people in most dive sites). I've been looking at the Plastimo boarding ladder (their reference 29181). The details say that it is suitable for 3 - 6m ribs. Does anyone have experience of this ladder? Does anyone know why there is a length restriction?

i have a 6.5m ribcraft with a 200hp on the back.
over the past 30 years have tried all sorts of boarding devises
what i have at the moment is a plastimo 30535 fixed to the transombe .it folds over when not in use . it works
