It does leave the tubes slippy but if you don't have anyone sponson riding its fine, leaves a nice deep shine and makes washing down so much easier.

soap & water , dry them and then 3m tube protector from RIBSHOP and then invest in a cover of any kind ( but not a anything that will rub) .
