Keel guard

I'm looking for a keelguard but ideally to reach from the bow eye all the way to the planing pad at the back. I find most scratches are nearer the transom as I recover in very shallow water. If I fit a keelguard strip starting mid way along the keel or with a joint in it I fear it may peel off.

Out of interest has anyone used this stuff?

Force 4 Protective Keel Tape Kit

Thanks
Try this guy he sells it in rolls to 100ft Gator keel guard there's a video on his website showing how to put in on 👍http://www.specialistsmallcraft.com

He wouldn't fit me one as the leading edge is supposed to be 6 to 9" above water line and RB have a low bow eye in his opinion

The keel guard on mats boat is a peice of rubbing strake, so in theory could be as long as you required, with in reason. Rather simple to do and looks smart as 10
