Might hold you to that, was chatting to the mrs last week about taking the boat to Salcombe for a long weekend.

My engine is a little low which is costing me a bit of performance and causing it to chime walk.

Did you het the transom collar fitted, mines really low and I think will ship water in a following sea, was alright coming off plane but too close for comfort

No. I'm lucky as I mine was made with a 25" transom, means I have a heavier leg but no water comes over the back.

We got a 585 last september, merc. 2stroke 90 on the back, and we get about 38 knots 5 up! brilliant boat and VERY seaworthy.. never driven anything quite so solid!!
