Just bought 5.4m Humber sport

Just bought a Humber 5.4m Sport off of Ebay. Took it out yesterday for first time. All went well, just going to add extra jockey seats to it (Jockey console only 1 seater) Have managed to source an additional Jockey seat but trying to find a (custom?) fuel tank to fit inside.
Have attached copy of e-bay pics of new Rib so you can all rip it apart, with the usual ribnethumour!! LOL

It was very quick, not speedo but reckon about 30/35 amaha 70 running at about 5000 revs, 2 men up (one fat B***ard (me!) and a skinny rake LOL). Very flat sea, hardly any swell.. Jumped a few waves with a thud though! Burnt about 40 litres in 2 hours or so, including some rest time.

Tried a little of a rib cleaner on tubes it comes up a real treat - bright orange so a job for when tides bad and weather good!!. Will post pics as it goes along...

Thanks, I got it for £2100 in the end so am very pleased, didnt know what it was going to be like till I got there, but had a chance to try in the river before handing money over!! Made better because I was talking to the boatyard owner and not the rib owner so he had nothing to loose (in fact if i didnt want the rib he was going to have it as he had a buyer for the engine at £1500) so he didnt hide anything and was very very helpfull.

The Ebay description could have been a lot better as it in now way did justice to the Rib! - meaning i probably got it cheaper than it could have gone!
