Jockey seats

I have started replacing the jockey seat cushions on my Redbay as they were ripped and were looking a bit wrecked. I discovered that the seat bottoms had a 3/4" plastic base whereas the seat backs had a 3/4" plywood base which were rotten. I want to get this plastic for the backs and was wondering if anyone knew what this plastic is called or where in Ireland I could get some?

Where is the best place to get the foam and the black waterproof material?

Also does anyone know where I could get "Redbay" embroidered into the backs? Is it possible?
