Jockey Seat Recovering

Hi All,

I know it is a topic often discussed but I'm struggling to find any actual figures in previous threads.

I've been quoted £160+VAT to recover 2 single seat cushions and 2 back rests in black vinyl.

But have no idea if this roughly the going rate.

If anyone has any contacts I don't mind packing them up and sending them off to be recovered rather than using somewhere local, or if anyone can confirm if this is in the ball park that would be great.

Cheers

Mike

I'd say that's a little high but not outrageous. By the time you've sent it off etc you may as well just get it done locally. I just paid £250 for 4 single jockey seats - backs and bases.

I used a local company, £195 for 2 seats and 2 backs, it seemed like a fair price as I have used them before and I knew they did a good job and used good materials.
