Jockey seat foam

Anyone know who can supply reconstituted foam with a rounded top for re doing jockey seats. Have trawled the Internet and tried all the foam places on there but no one seems to be able to do a rounded top although I have seen it at an upholsterers who is not keen on revealing his supplier.

Can't you just carve the shape you want from a square block I'm sure I've watched an upholster carve the shape with a long sharp knife & I think someone did a seat refurb on here a little while ago might be worth a search

Kitchen electric carving knife works a treat, just don't let the missus catch you.
