Is my Alliance RIB made of Hypalon or PVC?

How can I tell? I have a few air leaks that I need to fix and I don't even know what this thing is made of. They went out of business ten years ago.

Looks like hypalon to me too. The dullness of the (now older) fabric, the way the seams are double taped, and the rubbery bits on the tape where you can see the interior weave.

PVC doesn't wear like that. Not to mention that if it were PVC, tubes in this condition would be so overall brittle they'd probably be beyond worthwhile repair.
