Mud

This happens every few years in Alaska. The mud turns to quicksand when the tides move and inveriably somebody goes out and gets stuck. Some get saved, some drown when the tide comes in, and one women even had her legs ripped off when the coast guard helicopter tried to winch her out and cought some turbulance, this can have disasterous effects.. Learn navigation, radio use, and stay with the boat!!! Even if the boat gets flipped on a particularly nasty incoming tide, you still have a better chance of surviving.
