Mercia Marine. I used to be with Bishop Skinner. Be careful with marine insurance, many will only pay out market value in the event of a total loss. I had my last boat insured with Bishop Skinner for 20k & they took my premium off me accordingly. When I cheked the small print, they only paid market value, regardless of insured value. Mercia pay insured value, AND cover you from the Elbe, to Brest.

I'm with Towergate, the 450 hp Arctic 28 is 320 and the 50hp Zodiac FC470 sib is 305

Next renewal date I'll be shopping around and playing them off

Martini, different boats I know, but the wee Quicksilver is on for 60 euro with three million Public Liability cover. God knows I'm a liability...

Hmm. Porthcawl give me 352 for 95k worth of cover, no excess and covers Brest to Elbe as well as all UK and all Ireland.
Brilliant, I reckon.
