Is that house next to the pub still for weekly rent, or has it turned into a B & B yet? Last time I was in the area we had to get a B & B up a hill out of the village? Was a bit of a hike for a drink (I'd just broken my ankle at the time so took an age to get to the pub on blumin crutches). Didnt stop me ribbing though

Julie the house next to the Inn is now a private house, so you will still have to travel a little bit either Leachive or the other lets in the village as most of the B&B's are out of the main village.

Gigha indeed. The ambition this year seems to involve taking 3-4 boats round Gigha with a night camping (or something), possibly annoy Don Denis . There was a definite mention of Whisky too, so Islay will be a stop off. Might bump into some of you lads on the way

Thanks, consider the contract signed, wx permitting, whisky on us.

EDIT: Weather is our Mistress, we're on a "That Morning, Go/No Go" basis, so planning is very tricky - we're all sub 7m open boats. But will keep you up to date beforehand.
