ICOM UK - Great Service

I dropped my 3 year old M71 VHF a couple of months back and the LCD cracked. Finally got round to phoning ICOM today and spoke to their technical guy Jamie who said send it in and they will replace the screen FOC just for parts cost (£4)

So for £11 including postal return I am getting it back as good as new... !

Good one ICOM !
