Yup I know exactly where you're coming from. I have a pocket full of cards for work that proves my competency in various areas. Strangely, I can be competent one day, but the day after the card expires I'm classed as a danger to all and sundry. Funnily, all I have to do to prove that I'm still competent is send a new photo & shell out £30 quid & suddenly I'm competent again.
If the qualifications you need to obtain an ICC last a lifetime, why doesn't the ICC? or are we back to the photo & £50 again?
