ICC and small ships

How do you get ICC certificate if you already have pb level2??

Also what is small ships register and how do you get on it?

If you ring,or e-mail the RYA they will send the form to you on line,you do have to return it with a passport photo if memorey serves,and was around £30 too.Takes about a week.
Hope this helps...I've always found it best to ring them.

ICC is free for RYA members (and it's cheaper to join the RYA than to buy the ICC if you pay your membership fee by Direct Debit, especially if you still have the £5 discount form which comes with your L2 certificate - so a bit of a no-brainer)
