£5k seems to be able to get you a half decent used one with engine, trailer and extras.

I have never flipped my zapcat but am wondering how easy is it to right one?

righting isn't that hard, simply use the righting lines stand on the back and lean backwards the zapcat then flips back over. Might need a tow back though.
