3.5cms that's 1.4" in old money. Crikey! That's pretty thin ain't it? Is it steel/carbon fibre?

Just put trunks in the Cobra and had to hack my way through over 3" (76mm) of transom, (glass, marine ply, glass, marine ply, glass sandwich) and mine is only rated for a 225!

It's a '98 boat, but you wouldn't know it looking at it. Tough as old boots. (My Cobra that is I hasten to add)

By the way - are you sure it is Belgium you live in and not one of it's former colonies - like the Congo???
Codders, i assure you I live in Belgium out of choice.....I have never been to the Congo- but have a lot of Congolese black friends and a nicer bunch you could not meet.
-my boat costs me 700 euros./year to leave in Neuwport = www.wwvnieuwport.com
-the health service and education is 2nd to none
-Its convenient - i am in Paris in two hours... Amsterdam in 2, Cologne in 1.5
-The beer, wine, food is first class.. Garfish would be happy hear - BUT

it is not the Uk and only has 2 symphony orchestras whereas London alone has 6. Its not French, and its not Dutch-- just a mixture of everything. The Belgiums adore me..........
