O.K. stainless won't work so the next question no matter how ridiculous it may seem, carbon fiber? Now think of THAT as a hull material... light weight for sure..

Expensive, though.

Note that I didn't say that stainless wouldn't work. I said it's not ideal. OTOH, I doubt that *any* material would be ideal. How's *that* for an out?

with balsa core, ya the price would be steep.the hull would be nice.
