Hows The Boat

Afternoon Charles

Any news on your boat. Do you know how long it will be before you get her back.

Will look great with the hard nose and will increase the performance , especially in a following sea. The hard nose just breaks the waves apart rather than stopping the boat dead when you stuff into one.

Have I missed something? I am sure that I was told "you cannot stuff our boats" when they first came out.

Stuffing

Afternoon Alan

I can safely say that Ashley has a nak of Stuffing the boat and i've been down a few times. All good fun. Thats the difference between a sports boat and a rib. The sports boat would just sink. Its about time you went Ribbing again Mr Priddy.

Hi Julian

Mr Jelley and Co are hopefully beavering away on our rib. Should be ready in about three weeks time. Might as well ask now - anyone fancy a trip across the Channel to keep me company at that time? I already have one taker, a certain 10m (yellow) Scorpion Sportscruiser who has some or other record

Charles

I would be interested in the trip.

My boat will be in the same yard soon for some engine-out fixing but may well be in time for your re-launch

Please keep me informed.

Regards

Mark

Thanks Mark/Julian

I'll keep you guys in the loop. The old tubes are off and they are starting on the new hard nose on Monday. New tubes are virtually done, so we are still on target for about 3 weeks time.
What's wrong with your engine Mark? Hope it does not get in the way of finishing mine!!

Cheers

Nothing to do with Graham, rather Dave Crawford round the corner.

The transom steering swivel(?) is knackered, so the engine / leg have to come off before thy can see how much needs replacing. Looks like the Christmas presents will be small this year
