How old is my SR4

Hi

Anybody know how old my SR4 is from its serial number “AVB780460989”

Depends if your buying or selling!

I am fairly certain that it's the first two numbers so it's 1978 they really do last don't they! I love em.

I'll go and check cos I bought a new searider about 5 years ago and I'll check the serial number against age

I didn't think it was that old By its condidtion I was thinking it might be a 89 or a 98 ( last three digits in serial number ) but as you say they really do last so 1978 is a possibility .
