91.57 actually!

That was recorded on Coniston Water as an average of 2 runs over the measured Kilometre, and the one way was measured officially at over 92, and I briefly saw 93 on the GPS on one of the runs! It was very well set up, and despite a slight wobble in the low eighties not hard work to keep it all going in the same direction - don't forget I have been racing this hull for quite some time, and I was regularly seeing mid eighties offshore, so a faster prop and some flattish water was all I needed to see some better speeds.

ps the video is still on our website if you want to see what it looks like at that speed!

Ribcraft 6.8 with standard 225 ETec. With a 21" Raker prop - 45kts, with a 19" Rebel prop - 47kts. There's a big difference in accelaration and ride between the two props. Will cruise at 40kts and consume about 62 litres an hour with the Raker prop. The boat's got Coppercoat antifoul but I don't think it slows the boat down much.

28 hp produces 5.5 knots at cruising speed and 6.99 knots under sail flat out. 12.5 knots through Alderney Race when things were happening really quickly Hoping to get a folding propellor shortly which will add 1/2 a knot under sail, yippie

However we have been down to 2 knots off the back of the IOW fighting the tide trying to get home.

Fuel used about 1.5 litres. No not a mile, but an hour
