Its allways a good idea to carry lots of food and drink on board as you never know what may happen. I carry 1 large flask of coffe. 4 cans of Soup and 4 cans Baked beans and 4 hot meals. The hot meals last for 5 years and all you do is pour water over them to make the chemical reacton start to heat the meal.
