Horse shoe Life Buoy
I carry a MOB throw life line but was wondering would a horse shoe life
buoy be better or are they really for bigger motor boats? which do you prefer.
Do they come with brackets to fit to the A frame ?

No perfectly applicable to RIBs as well. Yes you can get brackets that you can attach to your A frame, from memory Ocean Safety and Plastimo do them.
