How do you get the old stuff off mine had been kept in the water before I got it and the AF looks a mess and I don't need it

It's an arse I believe, hence people don't like it if they dry stack/trailer.

I'd suggest a sander and hours of patience, then a new gel coat. but ask someone more in the know. There may be a chemical.

Interstrip....v tedious or soda crystal blasting. Bit like grit blasting but far less damaging to the gel coat.
