Help identify a Scorpion

Hi,
I'm helping out a friend to find out more info on a RIB lying in Bodø, Norway. It's a yellow, hard nosed Scorpion 28 with fabio gozzi stern drive and a Yanmar diesel inboard. She's being refitted with new tubing. Anyone recognize the boat. She must be at least 10 years and probably raced at some point. Any leads would be helpful.

Here is a scanned picture of HL2 or might be 3, taken a few years ago crossing the channel.

Is it the same?

Ollie, I do believe you are spot on.

There's a pic in an old "Riblines" that Jim and Yvonne took when they were in Norway and were surprised to see HL2 in a marina there.
