Help finding: Zodiac N7029F Intercommunicating Valve Adjusting Tool

Hi fellow RIBbers

I need some help. I live in Denmark, and have a Zodiac SRMN 600 with IC valves.
I need to service the valves, they are not stuck but need a high amount of force to turn, so I would love to clean and service them.
Unfortunatly I have a big problems getting the importer of Zodiac to help me, since I am a private person.
I am looking for the Zodiac N7029F Intercommunicating Valve Adjusting Tool, anybody know where in the UK I can get it, I have found it in the US, but they will not export.
Hope someone can help me. I could live with a drawing with dimension of the tool, then I could make one myself.

They want export

Thank for the reply.

I have tried, and they Will not send to Denmark. They said they dont export. That was the place I found it.

Since you have one, could you help me? Could you measure the distance from the bottom of the tool to the underside of the crosspin in mm?

Thanks!

Surely that is just a box spanner? If you know the size you can get one from eBay... or a set:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/8PC-TUBUL...0AAOSwFeNa2wbR

Stick a screwdriver through the hole and you then have leverage.
I made my own Zodiac valve removal took by taking a box spanner and cutting a slit in it with an angle grinder, works a treat.

Spring tension

Thanks BigE

True, but the distance from the bottom of the Zodiac Spanner to the crosspin, is exactly the correct distance to give the spring tension, to let out the air from the ponton at the correct preasure. If i know the distance I would make an ordinary spanner as you surgest.
Thanks

top of the cross pin to the bottom of the tool is 52mm. Crosspin thickness is 8mm, leaving approx distance from bottom of crosspin to bottom of tool at 44mm. Depth of the nut was tough to measure but i used a stiff piece of hose and kept trimming it until it sat flush in the 10mm pocket and got 9.0mm.

Hope this helps.
