Speed is 6 knots watch out for Oyster Grounds! up river and the pub on the beach is great, have a gudun!

Nother good place for lunch is up the Fal to Restroguent (spelt wrong) to The Pandora has its own pontoon and the crab themidor is to die for (high water only as the pontoon dries out, but well worth the trip.

Do'nt forget to give August Rock a wide berth on the approach into Helford. Already had one customer write off his brand new Alpha 1 drive on it this year. Reckoned he'd hit a lump of wood! You should have seen the prop and rest of the lower unit
