In the case of HMS the first bit of advice he should give is take a sea sick tablet.

Never seen anyone be so sick in my life and it was calm

Donegaldan has just taken delivery of my copy at his Northern Ireland HQ/Lair (I get free postage) and has pronounced it a "good read, albeit somewhat tea-stained"...

Finished. Have to say, some excellent chapters with some unbelievable and some very interesting stories and opinions/facts about a variety of topics. Obviously a couple less so, but a v good book certainly targeted towards rib users to a large degree. An excellent read if you enjoy this site.

Best book I've read in a while.
