It's got to be Redbay, there built like Brick Poo Houses, proven all weather handling, excellent bespoke building, the guys that build them actually use them in all weathers and make improvements based on their experience, back up is second to none and they use the Yamaha inboards.
IMHO the guys at Redbay are very modest, they don't go in for that all out marketing thing, they know what they have in their boats and let the boats do the selling.
Have a look at where most of their boats operate, Atlantic coast of Ireland, Rathlin Sound, South coast of Ireland used by both Government agencies, other commercial operators and hard leisure users who to coin Redbays phrase "for those who must go to sea".
I have another Redbay on order, a 11m Ferry that will be used for crew transfer and passenger duties, with the "odd"
run over to Rathlin or up the West Coast for a wee bit of diving
After Redbay for commercial or hard leisure use I would probably go for either a Delta, again heavy built with proven track record, or a scorpion for leisure use.
About 8 years ago I looked an Ocean Dynamics, but thought that is was a very hard ride, ideal for pure workboat stuff but not a good all rounder, and the no transom thing is not great, having has a boat without a transom and getting wet and cold feet all day every time you stop!!
