put your portable electronics into lock and seal containers. Not only are they waterproff but they will float as well

Food packed in robust packaging survives a stuffing much better than cling filmed sandwiches;
Caprisun
Beef jerky
Peelable fruit

Spilt fuel is slippy stuff, washing up liquid and water in a squirty bottle get rid of it quickly.

Why's everyone fascinated with yellow snow in this thread? There's other websites that catter for your tastes

Tie a line to your painter about a meter and a half down it's length from your bow. You can drag it in from your jockey seat by pulling on it and then dragging the rest in. Perfect for single handed cruising.

Always tell Bedajim to meet you at the slip 2 hours before you intend to get there, that way he will hopefully have completed launching and re-covering the mother of all trailers.

Dont get on an aircraft with more landings than take-offs

When putting on a wake board, try a squeeze of biodegradable washing up liquid. Feet just slide in and much cheaper than wakeboard goo.
