There was one in Poole quay marina, tied up with the fishing boats not long ago. It was looking quite rough with 'Big Dinghy' written on the cabin in what looked like black marker.

1. Where is best to look for a bare hull of the above? is it just random tinterweb surfing or is there some secret elephantesque graveyard where I can pick up a good-un?
2. Pricing, how much would a good second hand one cost or is it, how long is a piece of string?

Had a cursory look around but nothing found, this is just a general background check.

Thinking about a new project to keep me out of the house for a year or so....
One for sale here apparently

That is deffinatly NOT a Pac 28.
I used to work/teach on them boats for 5 years. It is a nice boat but not like the pack 28. They are still a heavilly used craft in the millitary as they are bomb proof ( so very unlikely that they will start getting rid of them yet) . if you need any advice on the Pac 22, Pac 28 or Arctic 22, 24 and 28 please ask and if i dont know i will find out

Someone better tell the guy who owns it then! Unless it's yet another one of those B&O dodgy adverts
