Well I dont think they are Cougars. Cougars have an open cockpit and a shorter engine bay area. They also have a gun mounting.
They are similar though.

Not yet Biggles. But we are working on it!

I'll give you a clue.
They have Twin Seatek engines.

Looking down into the harbour I could only see two. But there was a third tucked into the port side of the engine bay.
