But isn't it irrelevent what this chap has acomplished in his commercial exploits?? Its the fact he appears to be promoting his own goods!

I buy magazines for an unbiased product reports, reviews and advice.

Seeing an article written by somebody who so clearly has a commercial interest makes me call into question everything that person writes on that subject!!

Rib International are always doing it.

In my books if they want to be a credible magazine they need to make some dramatic improvements on this front.

Just reread column number two - I reckon I can spot 6 occasions where he says that he is the only one doing something that nobody else is doing or implying that other boats are inferior - I have written to the editor!

If you would like to do the same: hms@ribmagazine.com

Strewth guys.
Can't a chap write some articles giving his opinion about stuff today?
Would you rather he didn't write at all?

"Everyone" knows what RIB International is like. Just accept it for what it is and aim-off accordingly.
Oh, and before you ask about the poor chap who doesn't know anything and therefore doesn't know how far to aim-off? Well thats true of all of us isn't it?
It certainly is of me.
