Garmin......many thanks...excellent service

As above. I was trying to update my chart plotter and phoned the help line. got talking to a real live person who knew his stuff and saved me a load of hassle/grief. I have a few bits of Garmin kit and the help line is brill. Some companies hide behind FAQ pages and having to leave emails and "we'll get back to you".Well done many thanks

Needed Garmins help on a couple of minor issues with marine kit - the repair centre is in Southampton and the customer service is 100% brilliant - they've always gone above and beyond my expectations - highly recommended brand
