Gales Gales Gales and rain.

A short while ago I posted how fed up I was with the inclement weather. Not one to moan too much about the climate usually but this is really getting ridiculous. My intended winter ribbing has been really curtailed. I will go in most things but no one else seems to want to join me (eg the wife/ friends). In Lym we have just had a months rain in less than two weeks. I went to the nacho pub on Friday (alone not another boat in sight) and the Yarmouth HM did not even want to come out to collect the fees. Far too wet to walk to the office so he put me down for a "pay next time!" Thank The Lord I am off to the Caribbean for some boating in February. Winter ribbing is usually more fun than this - what's going on?

This fit of pique has come about as I have noticed on the long range forecast that there is a predicted 10 day period of "more of the same". Bo***cks!

It is a bit soggy - but there seems to be sunshine forecast for Sunday in London, so I plan to have a go on the Thames.

Hang in there. Yr Not alone! we do normally do a fair amount of winter wavejumping and a reasonable amount of us do go out in this weather.. Its just the relentless rain that put us off!!

A boys only trip camping it up, with ribnobbers and rusty nails.

So that's what you lot are up to on a quiet, desolate lakeside in the middle of winter. On your own their lads!

Just a minute - we are not 'avin that - we are not that soft in the 'scarf. But it make me wonder if Frodsham is up in the Arctic circle where everyone still wears bear skin underwear. You think you are tuff??? Here is a vid of Matt celebrating Christmas.
