Would you pay 2x for a Falcon if the quality was improved ? or would you go and look at Scorpion instead if the price was similar ?
Mr 7 with due respect but thats a load of bollox and the usual cry of the cottage industry RIB business. Putting in place quality procedures to ensure a consistent, high quality product does not mean that the ribs are more expensive or take longer to build IMHO. Done well what it does do is give a clear process and control in place to make a quality product and a consistent one
Granted that the innovation and engineering that goes into Scorpions vs other RIB manufacturers means that you have to pay top dollar for a Scorp. (And also because Scorpion can sell every boat they build and then some at the top end of the market so have effectively set the market price for their product which people are willing to pay.)
