Free Interactive First Aid Training Video

The Resuscitation Council (UK) has combined forces with award-winning production company UNIT9 to develop Lifesaver. Lifesaver combines interactivity with live-action film to teach how to save someone's life. It throws you into the heart of the action - You learn by doing: do it wrong, and see the consequences; do it right, and sense the thrill of saving a life. Lifesaver is completely free.

Dont get caught up on CPR rate on this, since pressing two key on keyboard is NOT realistic!

Sing Nelly Elephant or Archers Theme tune or Staying Alive...

I use these Manikins on my courses, have LED lights on Shoulders

As i said good refesheher, but nothing beats Hands on practice on a Dummy (apart from real person but hopefully we will never need to do that)

STRESS DON'T PRACTICE CPR ON REAL PERSON

I've just written to my MP to suggest all citizens should be fitted with an LED in their shoulder to confirm the correct rate of chest compressions. I think it would save maybe a life and so is a fantastic idea.

I've also asked him to get everyone amputated at hips and shoulders so that they are easier to resuscitate, and also to insist they keep their chests shaved to make defibrillation simpler

I think that would be a bit inconvenient but if it saves just one life it would be worth it
